How we work
We are a small, senior team. Everyone who joins works directly with clients, owns outcomes and is expected to leave each organisation more capable than they found it.
Who we look for
- Data governance leads who have designed and run operating models, councils and steward networks.
- Data quality specialists comfortable with profiling, rule design, scorecards and root-cause analysis.
- Catalogue and metadata engineers with delivery experience on Collibra, Informatica, Purview, Alation or Unity Catalog.
- Regulatory specialists who can translate BCBS 239, GDPR, DORA or Solvency II into controls and evidence.
