Accessibility statement
Our commitment to making this website usable by as many people as possible.
Last updated 25 October 2026
Our standard
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- Semantic page structure with landmarks, a skip-to-content link and a logical heading order.
- Full keyboard operation of menus, dialogs, filters and question-and-answer sections, with visible focus indicators.
- Colour contrast checked in both light and dark display modes.
- Animation that stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Forms with labelled fields and clear, specific error messages.
- Text that resizes and reflows down to a 320-pixel-wide screen without loss of content.
Known limitations
Some insights and case studies are currently available in English only. Translated pages are provided in French, German and Spanish for our core services.
